With time and use, your knives lose their sharpness and bite with the Wusthof 10" Sharpening Steel, your knives will remain sharp making it easy for your to create your favourite dishes and recipes. The Wusthof 10" Sharpening Steel helps realign your straight edge knife blades. Simply hold the Wusthof 10" Sharpening Steel with your left hand and the knife in your right hand, and guide the blade across the steel applying low pressure, at a 20 degree angle, repeat this on either side 6 to 8 times.
