Knife Sharpening - In Store Service

Have your knives sharpened with the quality and care they deserve. Our trained staff sharpens your blades in house using the Wusthof Easy Edge electric knife sharpener.

If you're not sure if your knives need sharpening, a good rule of thumb is that most quality knives need to be touched up one or two times a year.

You can place an order online and then drop your knives off at your convenience, or make arrangements directly at our store (542 Danforth Ave).

Sharpening Notes

• We charge $10 per knife
• Typical turnaround is 3-5 business days (we can do faster with arrangements)
• We will call you when they're ready to be picked up
• There is an additional charge of $10 if the knife is damaged and needs special attention
• We can sharpen most styles of knife blades: European, Japanese, straight and single-sided serration
• We cannot sharpen scissors
