It features a hold button which allows you to freeze the temperature even when the probe is removed and it reads in both celsius and fahrenheit. It has professional grade accuracy of +/- 2° which leaves you with little doubt about your finished product. The recalibration function allows you to ensure it remains accurate always.

The fold-down probe allows for safe and convenient storage and the antimicrobial plastic finish ensures ease of cleaning and food safety always.
