Eddingtons Banneton Bread Making Basket

This bread basket from Eddingtons is the perfect accessory for proofing your homemade bread. The basket is used to provide the loaf with a consistent shape and to wick moisture from the crust while it rises.

Eddington proofing baskets are made from natural rattan. The texture of the basket will also imprint rings around the bread, just like artisan bread.
